›   How much does AccountsListings cost?

It costs nothing to advertise your business on AccountsListings - it's free to add a listing, no payment information is taken when you register. We do offer an optional Premium upgrade.

›   Can I cancel my chosen upgrades?

Yes, you can cancel your upgraded listing at anytime. Any further recurring payments will be cancelled, however, you will be responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancelling your upgrade.

›   What methods of payment can be used on AccountsListings?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards. All credit card authorizations are conducted through a secure link with our secure payment gateway provider, Stripe.

›   What is the refund policy on AccountsListings?

You are free to cancel upgrade subscriptions at any time, but we do not refund for services already rendered. So if you decide to cancel your subscription after your account has been renewed, you will still receive the services you have already paid for, but your subscription will not be renewed the next time it expires.

›   Why has my listing not been upgraded after paying for an upgrade?

Most listings are upgraded immediatly upon payment. However, on the rare occasion that it is not automatically upgraded, we will upgrade it manually within a maximum of 3 hours after the purchase was made.

›   I've forgotten my username and can't log in.

If you can't remember your username and can't login to your account, please contact support.

›   Is there a telephone number for AccountsListings.com?

AccountsListings is an online-only service , so we are unfortunately unable to provide telephone assistance. Please contact our support team with any questions you have.

›   I no longer have access to the email on my account.

Please Contact Support to update your email address.

›   How do I close my account on AccountsListings.com?

You can disable your account at any time by logging in and heading to your Account Settings. You'll be able to re-activate your account if you change your mind. If you would like to delete your account and all your data, please contact our support team.

›   How do I change my email address or password?

Log into your account and go to your Account Settings. Select "Update" next to your email address or password to make changes.

›   I've noticed some incorrect information or a closed business on your website.

All data is added by businesses themselves, but if you do notice something thats not right, please contact our support team and we'll investigate

›   How do I unsubscribe from emails you send me?

To change any of the setting relating to how we contact you, log into your account and head to Account Settings page. Under "Contact Preferences" choose opt out to stop recieving emails from us.
